Our family has been going to the Kissimmee every year since 2001 my love for Disney is shared by my children and grandchildren we thought of buying a home near Disney for years, since I retired early my wife Donna said lets do it! I found a home on Realtor.com I called the listing agent Jane Dowle.

When we arrived in Florida the search began, Jane must of arranged 15 homes for us to see, the first showing she came with her husband Mark so we got two realtors both professional and each had their own expertise which was a great help. Mark and Jane spent two days with us the first trip down we did put an offer on one home but didn’t get it. They kept us updated on homes while we were back in Pa. Mark even went to look at some homes and did face time with us so we could tour the house.

On our second trip to Florida Jane again arranged multiple showing, no matter how particular we were they never got discouraged it was always, don’t worry we will find the perfect house. And they did, after the second day of looking Jane found a home in Terra Verde, the first day on the market,it was the one, we loved it ! Jane negotiated for us, and they accepted, Mark helped us find inspectors ,roofers, pool people, all while Jane kept the closing on track. I really don’t know if it would of happened if not for Mark and Jane, I know its your job, but you made it a great experience!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Buying a villa in Florida has always been a dream of ours but Mark and Jane helped that dream become real. After viewing only a handful of properties with Mark and Jane, they quickly established what were looking for and with their skill enabled us to narrow our search to find our dream home. Mark and Jane have been there every step of the way through the buying process helping us understand the American way of property purchase. We are now the proud owners of a Floridian villa and the dedication and support hasn't stopped there. Mark and Jane are always at the other end of an email and for that we are very grateful!

I am writing to thank Jane for her endless help, support and patience during the process of her selling our townhouse for us. The house was sold at the end of May 2015. Jane kept us informed at every step of the way, from numerous viewings to the actual sale, explaining every detail to us. As we have never before sold a house, we were unsure of the procedures. As we live in the UK, we did not need to worry as Jane had everything arranged and in order for from start to finish, including dealing with the buyers, putting us in touch with the legal side of the process and also with company's to transfer our funds back to the UK. Jane is extremely friendly and supportive, whilst is very professional, with the great ability of allaying any worries, making us feel relaxed knowing that all was in her safe hands!!!! Thanks Jane, we couldn't have done this without you.

We had been looking for a holiday home for a very long time both here and in Croatia, a chance meeting with Mark and Jane Dowle over coffee gave us the confidence and support we needed to find somewhere.

Although not really intending to look during our vacation last Christmas (2015) Mark and Jane sent us a couple of links for properties in the Davenport area which ticked all our boxes. Following a single viewing of both properties we had found our dream home.

Mark and Jane were in contact with us throughout the buying process both in an advisory capacity and actually on hand to resolve any issues which could not be resolved by us over the phone.
